Marcy
Spahr
Marcy Osterberg (Spahr), a 1991 graduate of Eastern, is the only girls' basketball player to ever score 1,000 points by her junior season of high school. She is our all-time leading scorer with 1,462 career points. She also holds an outstanding record of 462 points in a single season. This was accomplished in her junior year.

Marcy went on to play at Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. In her four years at Bentley, she helped lead the team to an amazing record of 108-20 making two Division II final four appearances. Marcy was a captain in her senior season when she led Bentley to a 22-8 record.
 
Chrissy
Henise
Chrissy Crumling (Henise), a 1994 graduate of Eastern, starred on the hardwood in high school as well as on the softball field, and the soccer field (as a star on the boys' soccer team). She finished her high school career with 900 points (6th all-time) and is believed to be first, second, or third in both assists and steals.

Chrissy accomplished some amazing things at Lebanon Valley College including lettering in four different college sports in one season (soccer, tennis, basketball, softball). When she graduated from Lebanon Valley, she was the all-time leader in assists in one game (11), in a season (107), and for a career (338). Chrissy averaged 4.9 apg in her career and she was a four-year starter, starting 23 games in each season. Chrissy is going into her sixth season as head girls' soccer coach.
 
Danny
Young
Danny Young, a 1996 graduate of Eastern, is one of our five 1,000 point scorers with 1,066 career points. She also still holds the record for career steals (375).

Danny went on to play at the college level at Juniata College in Huntington, PA. She also played field hockey at Juniata. She received honors as a first-team All-Commonwealth Conference choice following her senior season. Danny finished her career ranked first in steals (299), second in blocked shots (124), fourth in assists (291), and eighth in scoring (1,045). She is now head women's basketball coach at Juniata after serving two seasons as an assistant.
 
Jen
Smith
Jen Smith, a 1998 graduate of Eastern, currently is second all-time in scoring with 1,236 points. She is also in the top five in both assists and steals. Jen is second all-time with 185 points in district and state playoffs games.

Jen went on to play her college ball at Millersville University. She is Millersville's all-time leader in 3-pointers in a game (7) and games played (120). She also is in the top ten in points in a season (419), 3-pointers in a season (60) and career (129), and free throws in a season (127). Jen had 968 career points while getting the chance to play in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament. She has just accepted a position as Head Women's Basketball Coach at Goldey Beacom College in Delaware.
     
Dana
Johns
Dana Johns, a 2002 graduate of Eastern, is also a high school 1,000 point scorer with 1,180 career points (3rd all-time at Eastern). She played in a record 19 district and state playoff games while at Eastern. She helped lead her teams to 9 district playoff wins and 3 state playoff wins in her four years and scored 215 points in these 19 playoff games. She is second in career assists and steals.
Dana chose Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster PA. Her junior year was an award winning season for the 5'2" point guard. Among her awards were 2005 Centennial Conference Player of the Year, ECAC Division III First Team All Star, an ALL-CC First Team selection. Dana concluded the 2005 season with 407 points, 101 rebounds, 85 assists, 84 steals, and 2 blocked shots in 25 games.
     
Megan
Fogle
Megan Fogle, a 2004 graduate of Eastern, is another career 1000 point scorer with 1065 points. She is in Eastern's top six in all eight career leading categories. Megan is first in career 3-pointers with 110 and is third in both assists and free throw percentage.

Megan has completed 4 years of college ball at Division II Shippensburg University. Her freshman year was outstanding as she was named (PSAC) Western Division "Rookie of the Year." Megan was second on her team in scoring at 12.0 ppg while leading the team in 3 point field goals with 64. She had 71 assists and 32 steals. Megan finished her college career with 1418 points. She also had 208 career three-pointers which ranks 2nd in school history.
     
Katie
Vican

Katie Vican, a 2006 graduate of Eastern, is our second leading scoring all-time. She compiled 1,313 points in four seasons. She also has an amazing 855 rebounds to put her first in the record books. Katie also played defense recording 222 steals in the blue and gold. In high school she pulled down 15 or more rebounds in a single game six times.

Northwood University is an NAIA school in West Palm Beach, Florida. 2006-07 was the first year for a women's basketball team at Northwood and the Seahawks finished with an 18-13 record. Katie led her team in scoring her freshman year as they won a conference championship with an 8-2 conference record. She also was named both "Rookie of the Year" and "Player of the Year" in the Florida Sun Conference. In 2 seasons at Northwood Vican averaged 14.6 ppg and 7.3 rpg. She was a NAIA Honorable Mention All-American. After two seasons Vican has signed with Division I Fordham University where she will finish her college career. This makes Katie our only ever NCAA Division I player.

     
Kate
Dellinger
Kate Dellinger, a 2009 graduate of Eastern, may be one of a pair of our most successful 2 players to ever wear the Eastern uniform. She has been part of 12 post season wins in 4 years. In her sophomore year she helped Eastern to a district title and each of the last two years the Knights district losses have come to the eventual district champs. In 4 seasons Kate has totaled 1,191 pts to land her 5th all-time scoring and at the same time she came in an amazing 2nd in career rebounds with 699 playing 4 years as a point guard. She made 25 consecutive free throws once and is our leader in career free throw percentage at 74.8% Kate has played in an amazing 113 games (23 post season games). She holds an 80-33 record at Eastern. This is an average of 20 wins per year. Kate will continue her basketball and education at Widener University in Philadelphia. In her first collegiate game ever Kate started at guard for Widener and led the team in scoring and rebounding with 14 pts and 6 rebounds in a win over Cabrini.
     
Tierney
Hiltz
Tierney Hiltz, a 2009 graduate of Eastern, holds our record for points in a season (550 pts). She was the other half of a combination that rewrote the record books in individual and team stats. A district title in her sophomore season was one of many great accomplishments. She is our #3 scorer all-time with 1,255 pts and that includes 32 points in a YAIAA playoff game win against Delone Catholic last year. In her senior season she broke the single season record for both points scored (550) and assists (128). She also was a few steals away from 1st and finished with 131. Tierney is 1st in 3-point field goals with 126 threes and is 3rd in district and state playoff points with 178. Along with Dellinger, she has logged 113 games with an 80-33 record. She also has played 23 post season games winning 12 of them. Tierney will be continuing her basketball and education at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA.
