  Corey Combs Lauren Moore  
       
  Corey Combs is the son of Suzanne and Kevin Combs of Lower Windsor Township. Currently, Corey is enrolled in Probability and Statistics, Contemporary Issues, Academic English 12, and Advanced Biology. For the spring semester, Corey is scheduled for German IV, AP Physics, World History and AP Calculus.

Throughout his high school career, Corey has been a member of the Golf Team, Volleyball Team, and National Honor Society. He is a five year member of the Marching Band in which he was Percussion Section Leader all five years and served as Vice President during his junior year. Corey has also participated in the Pit Orchestra for High School Musicals and Science Olympiad. During his junior year he attended the ACE Engineering program of York, and the Rotary Leadership Conference at Messiah College.

Corey was awarded the Foreign Language Award for German, has been on Superior Honor Roll every semester, and is ranked in the top ten of his class. Corey has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, is active in his church youth group, participates in a bowling league, is a Red Cross blood donor and is certified in CPR. He has also had his poems selected and published in the Celebrate! Young Poets Speak Out-Pennsylvania anthology book.

Corey plans to attend a four year college to pursue a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Aerospace Engineering with a possible double major in Ocean Engineering or Computer Science. He has applied to Virginia Tech and The University of NotreDame.

Lauren Moore is the daughter of Joel and Dianne Moore of York. Lauren is currently enrolled in AP English, Probability and Statistics, Intro to Microsoft Office, and Advanced Biology. In the spring, Lauren is scheduled for Personal Finance, Contemporary Issues, AP World History, and Spanish IV.

While at Eastern York High School, Lauren has participated in the following: National Honor Society, Eastern York's High School Musical, Mock Trail, Color Guard where she served as Captain, Track & Field, Chorus, Concert Choir, Chorale, SADD, and The Elizabethtown Choir. Lauren is also a member of her Church Choir, was The National Anthem Soloist for Sporting Events, and served as a volunteer for both the "Young Women's Leadership Conference and "The York County Women's Fair. Lauren was a York County Junior Miss Finalist where she received the "Be Your Best Self" award. Lauren also received the "Teen Volunteer Recognition Award" from York Hospital. She is a published Poet and is in the top 6 percent of her graduating class.

Lauren plans to attend Bloomsburg University next Fall to pursue a major in Nursing and continue her education to become a Nurse Practitioner.

  Devon Dellinger     Joshua Korb  
       
  Devon Dellinger is the daughter of Deirdre and David Dellinger of Hellam. Currently, Devon is enrolled in Senior Gym, Contemporary Issues, Spanish III and Desktop Publishing. For the spring semester, Devon is scheduled for Video Production, Academic English and World Design and Sociology/Psychology.

Throughout her high school career, Devon has participated in the following activities: Varsity Softball, National Honor Society, Food Committee Member, After School Tutoring, Marching Band, Librarian and Historian for Marching Band, Concert Band, Orchestra, Career Club Secretary, SADD Vice President, and Varsity Club Points Officer.

Devon has received the Business Department Award. She was also selected to participate in the Second Mile Leadership Institute.

Devon plans to attend York College next fall to major in Nursing.

   

Joshua Korb is the son of Suzanne and Joseph Korb of Hellam. Joshua is currently enrolled in Contemporay Issues, Dual Enrollment at Penn State York for Calculus II/Analytical Geometry, and School-to-Career Teacher’s Assistant Program. In the spring, he is scheduled for Academic English, Probability and Statistics, Advanced Placement History, and Intro to Metal Mfg.

While at Eastern York High School, Josh has participated in the following: National Honor Society where he served as President, STAAT, Career Club President, After School Math Tutoring, Broadway Knights, Concert Band, Concert Choir, Chorus, York County Honors Choir, National Anthem Singer, Elizabethtown Honors Choir, Concorde Vocal Ensemble, Artificial Mind rock band, and the school Musical.

Joshua is an Honor Roll Student, is in the Top Ten of his Class and won1 st place in Eastern’s Got Talent Contest.

Joshua plans on attending a four year college to pursue a major in Secondary Education, specializing Math. He has applied and has been accepted to Bloomsburg University and York College.

  Samantha Preston     Eric Tome  
       
           
 

Samantha Preston is the daughter of Valerie & Frank Fisher of York. Samantha is currently enrolled in Advanced Biology, Probability and Statistics, Academic English, Senior Style Seminar, Senior Chorus, Orchestra and Concert & Jazz Band. In the spring, she is scheduled for Advanced Placement Chemistry, Physics, and World History, and Art Studio.

While at Eastern York High School, Samantha has participated in the following: National Honor Society, Chorus, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Marching Band, Yearbook Club, Career Club and Science Olympiad.

Samantha has received the following Academic Awards; Social Studies Department Award and The Silver Key Art Award. She has also been ranked in the top ten of her class for the last 3 years.

Samantha plans on applying to Arcadia University where she will study Interior Design.

   

Eric Tome is the son of Stephen and Jeanette Tome of York. Currently, Eric is enrolled in Video Production, Academic World Design, Spanish III, and Honors Physics. For the spring semester, Eric is scheduled for Advanced Placement Chemistry and Calculus, Probability & Statistics, and Academic English.

Throughout his high school career, Eric has participated in the following activities: National Honor Society, JV & Varsity Soccer. He is also a member of The Boy Scouts of America having earned his Eagle Scout.

Eric has received Department Awards in Phys Ed and Math and placed 3 rd in his class during his junior year.

Eric plans to major in Kinesiology, and pursue a career in Athletic Training. He plans on applying to West Chester University and Alvernia University.

  Nicholas J. Stein     Alicia A. Klepper  
       
 

Nicholas J. Stein is the son of Kevin and Pamela Stein of Hellam Township. Currently Nick is enrolled in Advanced Biology, Senior Style Seminar, English Composition (at HACC), and Spanish III. For the spring semester Nick is scheduled for Advanced Placement Chemistry, AP Calculus and Physics, along with Spanish IV.

Throughout his high school career, Nick has participated in the following activities: National Honor Society, Future Leaders of York, Concert Band, Chorale, Brass Ensemble, Musical Pit Band, Marching Band where he was Vice President, Career Club, Yearbook Club, Science Olympiad, District Band, and Second Mile Leadership Institute.

Nick's outside activities include: Boatswain's Mate on the BSA Sea Scout Ship 25, where he participated in the Marblehead to Halifax Ocean race (2007), and return voyage of the Annapolis to Bermuda Ocean race (2008). Student Board Member, Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education, 2008-2009.

Nick has earned Department Awards in Math, English and Music. 2008 SEAL Miami Top Student Recipient (a Sea Scout Leadership Program). Nick has ranked in the Top 5th in class rank 9th, 10th, and 11th grades.

Nick plans to attend a four year college, earn his Masters and Ph.D., and Major in Physics. He will apply to Harvard, MIT, Bucknett University, Cornell University and Layfayette Collete.

   

Alicia A. Klepper is the daughter of Ms. Lori Amspacher of Windsor. Alicia is currently enrolled in Advanced Biology at Eastern York High School and College Classes at York HACC include: Psychology, Sociology and English. In the spring she is scheduled for Advanced Placement World History, Spanish IV, and AP Physics and Calculus.

While at Eastern York High School, Alicia has participated in the following: Field Hockey, National Honor Society Historian, Interact Club Treasurer, Big Brothers Big Sisters, SADD, Library Club, Yearbook Club, National Society of High School Scholars, Science Olympiad Awards: 1st in Rocks & Minerals (Regional), 3rd in Astronomy (Regional), 2nd in Rocks & Minerals (States).

Alicia has received Academic Awards in English, Science, Business, World Language and Health. Alicia ranked 2nd in the Top Ten Awards in 9th & 11th grade and 1st in 10th grade.
