A.R.M.O.R. Posters

Posters listing the rules were placed around the school including each classroom.  The SWPBS mission statement placed in front of the school for all students, staff, and visitors to see.

ARMOR Punch Card

Every student will be given an A.R.M.O.R. punch card and these passes will be used to catch students “Wearing their A.R.M.O.R.”.  Students keep the cards until all the letters are punched. Once the card is all punched, they will turn the card in at the office for a monthly raffle. Once the student has one all letters punch and turned the card in, they will be given another card. If they loose their card, they will be given a new card to start over. When giving a student a punch, a verbal recognition will accompany each punch. When students ask for a punch for doing something positive, teachers are encouraged not to give them a punch.

The Knights of the Round Table

K.O.R.T. is Eastern York Middle School’s “Student of the Month” program.  This is a way for the teachers to recognize and honor those students that are:

After the teams nominate the students, they are “Knighted” in a ceremony where they also receive a certificate, gift and congratulatory letter.  All candidates are invited to a K.O.R.T. picnic in May.

A.R.M.O.R. Spirit Days

Spirit Days will take place the first Friday each month. The students, faculty, and staff will wear blue and gold to show their school spirit.
